Four exercise videos are available. Each video has a different level of difficulty: Level 1 is the easiest and Level 4 is the most difficult. You can choose a video that matches your level of ability and comfort.

Before you begin the exercises, you will need the following:

  • Loose clothing
  • Closed toe or running shoes
  • Decluttered area
  • Stable 4-legged chair without wheels
  • Water bottle

For this video, you will also need an empty wall space.

Level 3

For this video, you will also need an empty wall space and an object like a pillow.

Level 4

For this video, you will also need an empty wall space, 3-5 lb weights (or a soup can or laundry detergent bottle that weighs approximately 3-5 lbs; or a light resistance band), and a small towel or a sweater.
